CITRUS SALAD 
1 pkg. (sm.) instant lemon pudding
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. mini marshmallows
Mandarin oranges

Mix together the dry pudding, whipped topping, pineapple and juice until well blended. Stir in oranges and marshmallows.
