FLAKY APPLE FOLDOVERS 
10 oz. can biscuits
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 c. chopped peeled apples
1/4 c. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Roll each into a 4-inch circle. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon 2 tablespoons apple onto center of each flattened biscuit. Spoon 1 teaspoon sugar mixture over apples.

Fold dough in half; press edges with fork to seal. Dip both sides in butter, then sugar mixture. Place on ungreased pan. Bake 15-20 minutes. Makes 10 foldovers.
