STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
2 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained and save juice

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add strawberries and pineapple. Chill until firm.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. whipped cream or pkg. of dessert topping mix

Combine sugar, flour, juice and egg. Cook over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat, add butter. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over firm gelatin and chill overnight. Yield: 12 servings.
