PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick soft butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix well and pat in an 11"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool very well.

1ST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar

Mix well. Blend in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

2ND LAYER:

2 pkgs. pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

Mix well (3 to 4 minutes). Pour over cheese mixture and spread. Put in refrigerator for 4 hours.

Put remainder of Cool Whip (13 ounces) on dessert. Shave chocolate over dessert. Nuts may be used instead of chocolate.
