3/4 c. milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. brandy
Whipped cream

Scald the milk. In food processor combine milk, chocolate chips, egg, sugar and brandy. Cover and process 20 seconds or until smooth. The mixture will be thin. Pour into individual dessert cups or a small bowl. Chill for 3 hours or until dessert is set. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 4.
