1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 banana, mashed
1 orange, squeezed
1 lemon, squeezed

Mash banana in 8 x 11 inch freezer pan. Add rest of ingredients. (May use orange and lemon juices instead of fresh fruit). Freeze until nearly firm - stir or beat and return to freezer. Very refreshing.

I made this dessert for Herb before we were married when I cooked a steak dinner when he came to milk dad's cows. It is still his favorite dessert after more than 50 years.
