LINGUINE PIE 
1 lb. cooked linguine
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. mozzarella cheese

Mix together 1 pint ricotta cheese and 1 egg in small bowl.

In another small bowl, mix butter, Parmesan cheese and 2 eggs.

Mix cooked, strained linguine with Parmesan mixture.

Brown ground beef with peppers and onions (to your taste). Add 16 ounces of favorite spaghetti sauce.

Grease pie pans (9 inch). Place 1/4 linguine; spread with half of ricotta mixture. One layer of sauce. Top with 1/4 linguine. Add another layer of meat and sauce. Repeat above for second pie pan.

Grate mozzarella cheese; 1/4 pound on each pie. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove cover; add remaining cheese and cook until cheese has melted. Makes 2 (9 inch) pies.
