LINGUINI PIE 
1 lb. linguini
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) pt. Ricotta cheese, mixed with 1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Cook linguini; drain. Mix softened butter, grated cheese and 2 eggs together in large bowl. Add drained linguini. Mix together well. In two 9 inch greased pie plates, layer 1/2 of linguini mixture. Press down. Spread Ricotta cheese mixture over linguini and repeat with 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce. Layer remaining linguini and top with sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 Mozzarella cheese on top and bake covered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese. Return to oven (uncovered) for an additional 5 minutes or until melted. Yields two 9 inch pies.
