LORRAINE'S EASTER PIE 
3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
6 eggs (at least)
1 stick pepperoni
1/4 lb. boiled ham
1/4 lb. salami
1/4 lb. prociutti
Grated cheese
Black pepper
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti (broken up very sm.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease dish lightly. Mix all ingredients together. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Makes its own crust.
