MOM'S EASTER PIE 
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked yet firm
1 doz. eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 orange rind
1 lemon rind
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (lg. drained)
1 qt. milk

Mix cooked noodles with remaining ingredients and bake in glass dish or lasagna pan for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with nutmeg before baking.
