HANKY PANKY 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. sausage
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 loaves cocktail rye bread (16 oz. size)

Brown meats and drain well. Add cheese, stir until melted; then add spices and mushrooms; mix well. Spread over slices of rye bread. Can be frozen at this point for later use. Otherwise bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, if frozen bake 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.
