HANKY PANKY'S 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. hot pork sausage (Jimmy Dean)
2 1/2 loaves Pepperidge Farm party rye bread
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Brown beef and sausage. Drain fat. Add cubes of cheese until melted. Stir in seasonings. Place bread rounds on cookie sheet and toast one side under broiler. Spread meat and cheese mixture on untoasted side of rounds while still warm. Put rounds on cookie sheet to freeze for 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and wrap. Return to freezer.

To serve: Heat frozen rounds on cookie sheets under broiler until bubbly. Makes 80.
