CHICKEN STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb chicken breast
1 box chicken flavored rice
1/2 qt of fresh mushrooms
sesame seed oil
almond extract
1 tbsp butter
4 green peppers
1 cup mozzarella (or other) cheese

Boil green peppers for 10 minute, brown chicken with almond extract to taste, cut chicken into cubes. Prepare rice according the box but add sesame seed oil and almond extract to taste, then brown the mushrooms with the butter, mix all ingredients together but save some cheese out for topping the peppers. Stuff the peppers, top with cheese, bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
