SHORT AND GOOD CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken cutlets or breast, cut in strips
2 green peppers
1 can mushrooms or fresh, cut as you like them
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste

Stir fry in olive oil until soft, the chicken, cut in strips, peppers, cut in strips, mushrooms, cut in strips, seasoning.

When soft and gold, add 1/4 cup of water and let simmer for 10 minutes with top on or 1 can Del Monte tomato sauce. You can serve over rice or noodles or as side dish or for lunch in French bread rolls, etc.
