CHEESY TACO CASSEROLE 
4 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 lbs. ground beef
2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (15 oz.) cans chili beans or kidney beans
1/2 c. milk
5 c. Cheddar cheese
Tomatoes, lettuce, grated cheese, taco chips, sour cream

(Or whatever toppings you might use on tacos).

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Brown meat; drain off fat. Add taco mix, tomato sauce and beans and simmer 5 minutes. Stir milk and cheese into hot drained macaroni. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and put a layer of macaroni mixture, then layer of meat mixture, and another layer of macaroni and meat mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, covered. To serve, top with taco toppings.
