I like it. The sweeter the better. Can't have too much sugar. Just make sure you send the kids outside to play after they eat a few... lol

The recipe is perfect just the way it is! However, because I'm lazy, I just double the recipe and then pour the whole thing into a 10"x15" sheetcake pan. When cool, I cut into bars and store in an airtight container.

I agree that there is too much sugar. Love how simple, but if using that much sugar use an all natural peanut butter instead.

I added 1 tbsp. of molasses instead of using brown sugar. It's cheaper than using brown sugar, and tasted great!

I used 1 Cup white and 1 cup brown sugar and really liked the results. My suggestion is to use a small cookie scooper rather than spooning them onto the paper. It helps them pack tighter

I switched up the oatmeal with Honey Bunches of Oats cereal and reduced the sugar to about a cup, my spouse is always begging me to make more! Very quick, easy, and not so messy :)

I love this recipe! It is so easy a 10 year old could do it. The only problem with these cookies is that once you start you won't be able to stop eating them.

Try replacing the 2c of sugar with 2c of Brown Sugar. I use the brown sugar and these are amazing.

The only thing I did not like about this recipe was how much sugar to be put in it. I put only a cup of sugar, but even that was a little bit too much. I also did not add as much peanut butter, I probably added 1/2 cup instead. Other than that they make great little desserts!
