TATER BREAKFAST DISH | |
1 box dry Betty Crocker hash browns/onion 5 eggs 1 sm. carton cottage cheese 1 c. shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped Salt & pepper 1 lb. bacon, fried Put taters in 1 quart hot tap water for 10 minutes. Drain. Beat eggs and combine cheeses, eggs, taters, onion, salt and pepper. Fry bacon, drain and put some in mixture. Save most bacon for top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. If stored in refrigerator overnight may require additional baking time. |
