YUMMY BREAKFAST DISH 
8-10 slices bacon
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
8-10 eggs, beaten
Cheese slices

In electric skillet (or range top) cook bacon until crisp. Set aside. In bacon drippings cook potatoes and onions until potatoes are brown, salt and pepper to taste. Pat down gently. Pour egg mixture over potatoes. Cover with strips of cheese. Add crumbled bacon. Lower heat, cover, cook until eggs are set. Serve in squares. Serves 6-8.
