DAVE'S BACHELOR PRIME RIBS 
1 standing rib roast
Gulden's mustard (no substitute)

Place roast in a standing position in baking dish. Completely SMOTHER the roast with as much mustard as possible. (The thicker the better -top, bottom, sides - ALL OVER.)

Bake at 300 degrees using a meat thermometer to desired degree of doneness. YUM! YUM!

OK its Christmas day 2013, little nervous trying a bachelors recipe. But I hear a lot of good restaurants use mustard on their prime ribs so I tried this... Let me tell you people I cooked a 10-lbs prime rib in four hours and it is so yummy. Its so good! Real easy. I used one bottle of Guldens mustard, pepper and a little garlic salt. So goooood!
