"ALWAYS PERFECT" PRIME RIB 
Any size rib roast

Place roast in proper size roasting pan. Place in cold oven uncovered. Set oven at 375 degrees.

Turn oven off after 1 hour. Do not open oven door, let stand 2 hours.

Turn oven back on to 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Cover, let stand 15-20 minutes. Rare in middle, medium on ends. Smaller roasts - medium rare middle, medium well ends.
