EGG NOG PUDDING WITH RASPBERRY
SAUCE
 
3 env. Knox gelatin
1 qt. egg nog
1/3 c. sugar
1 env. Dream Whip
2 tbsp. rum

Soak 3 envelopes gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Set aside. Heat 1 cup egg nog to boiling. Take from heat. Add gelatin mix and 1/2 cup sugar to egg nog mix. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining 3 cups egg nog and 2 tablespoons rum.

Cool until pudding starts to thicken and then add 1 envelope Dream Whip (whipped). Pour the pudding into the dish from which i is to be served or in a mold pan. Chill.

SAUCE:

2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. rum
