1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
6 tsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Mix all together. Flour first. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 box confectionery sugar
Enough milk to make it moist

Mix all together in bowl. Spread over cake as soon as it comes from oven. Eat while warm.
