3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. cocoa
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Put dry ingredients in pan. Make well in center for wet ingredients, mix toward outside until all is mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
