3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water (cold)
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Into an ungreased cake pan (9 x 13 inch), sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients. In a large hole, pour oil. In 2 other holes, put vanilla and vinegar. Stir with fork until smooth. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until it tests done.
