CORN CASSEROLE 
2 - 12 oz. cans white corn (yellow can be substituted)
1 - 16 oz. can French style green beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1 stack butter flavored crackers, crushed (Ritz)

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except butter and crackers. Place the vegetable mixture in a 9 X 13 casserole dish. Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Spread evenly over the vegetable mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Serves 12 to 15.
