BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheese (I use sharp Cheddar)
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt, pepper and red pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
