BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream style corn
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix first 5 ingredients. Then add corn muffin mix and salt to taste. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan, 1 hour at 350 degrees.
