SAUSAGE BURRITOS 
1 1/2 lb. pork breakfast sausage
1 c. diced onion
1 sm. jar picante sauce
Bueno green chili (hot or mild)
1 lb. Velveeta sliced cheese
12 pkg. flour tortillas

Cook sausage until done. Add diced onions, picante sauce and green chili to your taste. Simmer for 15 minutes, remove and cool.

Put a heaping spoonful of mixture onto a tortilla. Add one slice of cheese. Fold tortilla like a burrito, place on a cookie sheet, baste burritos with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes.

Scrambled eggs can also make this good.
