WET BURRITOS 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. taco seasoning
1 tsp. green chilies
1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
1/2 c. hot salsa
1/3 c. tomato juice
1 to 1 1/2 c. mild salsa
1 can refried beans
Finely chopped raw onions
Finely chopped tomatoes
Grated cheddar cheese
Tortilla shells
Sour cream

Brown hamburger with onions, season with salt and pepper. Take out 2/3, and put in another pan. To remaining 1/3, add taco seasoning, green chilies, crushed red peppers, and hot salsa. Heat tortilla shells according to directions on package. Warm refried beans. In center of each tortilla shell, put a spoonful of refried beans, another of ground beef mixture, then onions and tomatoes. Fold and put in microwave pan. To reserved 2/3 hamburger, add tomato juice and mild salsa. Pour over top of burritos. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Microwave until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
