2 lg. cans crescent rolls 1 lb. hamburger Taco seasoning 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. water 1 beaten egg Shredded lettuce Taco sauce (mild or medium) Brown hamburger then add taco seasoning and water. Let simmer. Roll out cans of crescent rolls. Keep 2 triangles together to make rectangle. Put hamburger mixture on half of rectangles rolled out. Top with cheddar cheese. Take remaining rectangles and put on top of hamburger/cheese filled rectangles. Pinch sides and end together. Brush with beaten egg. Cook on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Then add shredded lettuce and taco sauce on top. |
