SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
2 1/2 c. Bisquick

Cut cheese into cubes, place in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water, stirring frequently until melted. Place sausage, bisquick and cheese in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Shape into small balls. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated 350 oven for 15 minutes.
