SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS | |
3 1/2 c. biscuit mix 1 lb. hot bulk sausage 10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese Mix sausage with biscuit mix. Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Add cheese to sausage mixture and stir to make an even blend of ingredients. Make into tiny balls and freeze. Thaw when ready to bake on ungreased cookie sheet in hot oven (400 degrees) about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot. Makes about 100 to 150 balls. The number will depend on the size. |
