ANY HOLIDAY PUDDING 
1 lg. pkg. marshmallows (lg.)

(Dip knife in hot water and cut all marshmallows in 4 pieces)

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 lg. can mixed fruit cocktail, drained real well

Put in large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Stir once or twice in evening or early a.m. About 1 hour before serving whip 1/2 pint or 1 pint of heavy cream quite stiff. Add a little vanilla and enough powdered sugar to sweeten (to your taste).

Fold into first mixture carefully. Maraschino cherries can be used for garnish. Keeps well covered and refrigerated.

Recipe can be doubled for large gatherings.
