1 (10 oz.) can bean dip
6 tbsp. sour cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco mix
3 lg. avocados, mashed
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 med. tomato
1 can diced Ortega chilies
1 can diced black olives
1 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

I usually add 1 can refried beans to the bean dip and heat them both together. Spread bean dip on bottom of casserole. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco mix and spread next. Mix avocado and lemon juice and spread next. Then alternate rest of ingredients into layers on top of dip. Eat with tortilla chips.
