1 jar (32 oz.) Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. parsley, chopped fine
1 c. dill, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. chives or scallions, chopped fine

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Add all the herbs. Store in tightly sealed jars in the refrigerator. Will keep for one or two months. It is great on any salad or as a dip for vegetables, tomatoes or fruit.
