TOMATO SALAD DRESSING | |
1 c. tomato juice 1/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tbsp. grated onion 1/2 tbsp. (or 1 1/2 tsp. corn oil) 1/2 tsp. paprika Salt to taste if desired Mix all ingredients together and let stand several hours before serving. Serve chilled on tossed salad. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Calories: 1 tablespoon = 6 calories. Fat Controlled Diet: Negligible fat. Diabetic and calorie controlled diet: 2 tablespoons = free choice. Sodium controlled diet: prepared as directed, omitting salt, 1 tablespoon = 16 milligrams sodium. |
