SUMMER DRESSING 
1 c. plain low fat yogurt
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber, seeds removed
2 tbsp. finely chopped radishes
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Low Sodium Diet - Omit salt. Add dash cayenne pepper.

Fat 0; Cal. 17; Sodium 85 mg.; Food exchange - 3 tablespoons, free.
