TANGY SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced celery
2 tsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. chili sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Makes 1 1/4 cups. Calories: 1 tablespoon = 5 calories; Fat Controlled Diet: Negligible fat. diabetic and Calorie Controlled diet: 1 tablespoon = free choice. Sodium Controlled diet: Prepared as directed, omitting salt, 1 tablespoon = 15 milligrams sodium.
