"FREE" SALAD DRESSING 
3 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. each dried chives, parsley and celery flakes
Artificial sweetener to equal 12 teaspoons sugar

Mix all ingredients together in quart jar and refrigerate. Shake well before using. Makes 1 quart.

Calories: 1 tablespoon = 4 calories. Fat Controlled Diet: Negligible fat. Diabetic and Calorie Controlled Diet: 1 tablespoon = free choice. Sodium Controlled Diet: 1 tablespoon = 28 milligrams sodium. Prepared as directed, using low sodium tomato juice and low sodium mustard, 1 tablespoon = negligible sodium.
