2 pkgs. frozen French style green beans
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. sugar
Approximately 4 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, shredded
Salt to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook beans according to directions until barely done DO NOT UNDERCOOK! Drain well and set aside. Make a paste of the melted butter, flour, sugar, salt, and onion. Add sour cream and shredded cheese. Gently mix with beans and pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
