WALNUT BROCCOLI 
3 lg. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. powdered chicken stock
2 c. milk
2/3 c. water
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2/3 c. chopped walnuts

Cook until barely tender 3 packages broccoli. Drain and put in 2 quart Pyrex dish. Melt butter, 1/2 cup, in small pan. Remove from heat. Add 4 tablespoons flour, 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered chicken stock. Add gradually 2 cups milk. Return to heat. Stir until smooth and boiling. Pour flour mixture over broccoli. Heat 2/3 cup water and 6 tablespoons butter. When melted add 2/3 package stuffing mix and 2/3 cup walnuts. Spread over broccoli. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
