Preheat oven to 375°F. 1-3/4 cup flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Sift together and set aside. 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar Cream together and add: 1 unbeaten egg 1 tsp. vanilla Add dry ingredients gradually. Form into balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Press in chocolate kisses and return to oven for 2 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Makes about 24. | |
