ZUCCHINI BREAD #3 | |
3 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 c. shredded zucchini 1 c. oil 2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/2 c. nuts 1/2 c. crushed pineapple Grease bottom of 2 loaf pans. Combine eggs, sugar, zucchini, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, nuts and pineapple. Blend well. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center. |
