This recipe was DELICIOUS! The first time I made it, I doubled it because I didn't think it was going to be enough for everybody. This recipe makes a lot of dip. I was very impressed with this dip and I don't think it needed any changing.

Turned out great, but is more of a cheese dip with spinach and artichoke in it. I'll continue to make it, but fine-tune the recipe to be more vegetable and less cheese.

Made this dip for a party. There was another spinach and artichoke dip there as well. It was a DIP OFF!! and my dip won hands down. Nothing was left. The other dip was made with mayo and it just didn't compare.

Made this for a baby shower. Everyone loved it. This is a keeper. After mixing all the ingredients I put it in the over for about 20 minutes and then stirred it all together.

I've made many different spinach dips over the years and decided to try this one. It tastes good, but I found that the spinach is drowned out by a little too much of the "creamy" style cheeses. I would 1/2 of each of the creamy cheeses, double the spinach and add more of the shredded cheeses, a little squeeze of lemon juice, and some garlic.

Great recipe. Have friends that own a restaurant with Spinach/Artichoke dip on the menu they want my secret! I usually double the recipe saute fresh spinach with the onions, add one diced red pepper and 1/4 cup of diced jalapeno from the jar. I follow the prep instructions here then put it in a baking dish with more shredded cheese on top and garnish it later with fresh diced tomatoes! A tasty treat for sure!

I am just finishing this recipe now and added more cheese and omitted the red peppers but the marinated artichokes seem to be enough flavor to me. This is soooooo gooood yummmm!!! Thank you so much for your recipe.
