KAHLUA CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
Crust:

1 cup chocolate graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan. For crust, mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into pan.

Filling:

3/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 tbsp. Kahlua or vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 cups dairy sour cream
1 1/4 cups (3 sticks) butter, melted
8 oz. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

In large mixer bowl, blend sugar and eggs until light and thick. Gradually add cream cheeses. Beat until smooth. Stir in melted chocolate, Kahlua and cocoa. Mix in dairy sour cream. Fold in melted butter, then add mini chocolate chips; pour over crust.

Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours; let cool, then refrigerate. Remove outer rim of pan to serve.

Note: Baking time can vary depending on oven.
