SHERRY'S MEAT ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped

Brown meat until it loses its redness, then add onion and garlic and cook until tender. In a jar, put 2 or 3 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon chili powder and cumin. Shake to mix. Add this to meat mixture and 1 can tomato sauce and a little water.

Fry tortillas lightly in oil and drain on paper towel. Dip in meat mixture. Roll up place seam side down and put in 9 x 13 x 2 dish. Cover with remaining meat mixture and add cheese to top. Put in 400 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
