SCRUMPTIOUS SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans green beans, drained
3 (10 oz. ea.) cans tomato soup
7-8 potatoes (approximately)
1 (8 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
garlic powder, to taste
grated or shredded cheese, for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Prepare mashed potatoes using dairy sour cream instead of milk and add garlic powder to taste (a little goes a long way). Set mashed potatoes aside.

Mix sausage and ground beef in skillet. Cook until done. Drain and rinse.

Pour meat into bottom of large glass casserole dish. Drain green beans and pour over top of meat in an even layer. Cover meat and green beans with the tomato soup. Spread mashed potatoes over top of casserole.

Note: You may add salt and pepper over potatoes if desired for extra flavor.

Sprinkle cheese over entire dish, covering all of the potatoes.

Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and enjoy!
