2 cucumbers
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic (optional)
1/2 minced onion

Pare and slice cucumbers. Sprinkle with salt, and stir together. Chill for 25 minutes. Squeeze out. Place in bowl, blend in vinegar, seasonings and sour cream. Sprinkle with Hungarian paprika.
