3 egg whites
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. pecan halves

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Gently fold in pecans. Lift one at a time onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 30 minutes.
