SPAGHETTI AND SAUCE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten with fork
1 tbsp. parsley
1 dash pepper
1 dash garlic
1 lb. Italian sausage or spare ribs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 can puree
1 sm. can tomato paste

Mix in bowl. Ground meat, cheese, egg, bread crumbs, and seasonings in bowl; set aside in refrigerator to chill. Put Italian sausage in pan and fry in oil until brown; set aside.

Put tomatoes and tomato paste with puree in pan; cook very low until water is drained. Then add meat and 2 cups water. Add parsley and garlic powder. Heat on low for 2 hours, then serve with spaghetti noodles. Serves 8-10.
